Integrated LS teacher preparation major approved by the Chancellor's Office

After years in the making, the Chancellor's Office just approved a new Liberal Studies major at SFSU: the Liberal Studies Integrated Teacher Preparation (LS ITEP). This program, a collaboration between Liberal Studies and the Department of Elementary Education at the Graduate College of Education, allows prospective teachers to graduate within 4.5 years with a BA in Liberal Studies and a full multiple-subject teaching credential.
