Scholarships

Undergraduate and graduate students in the School of Liberal Studies are eligible for several fellowships and prizes.

Established in honor of Professors Matthew Evans, Kai-yu Hsu and Herb Kauffman, this program provides one or more scholarships for undergraduates currently pursuing a B.A. degree with a major in the College of Liberal & Creative Arts.

Amount of award: $1,500

Applications are usually due in early April.

The Morrissey-Andersen Prize is a yearly prize for the best graduate paper. It was endowed by emeriti Professors Eleanor Morrissey and Stan Andersen. The prize standards and application procedures are normally posted early in the spring term. The winner is announced at the end of the spring term.

Please note that federal and state regulations require that any scholarship, award, prize or loan must be coordinated with the student’s financial aid awards.
